Character Concept Artist

The successful applicant will be able to work at our offices in Lviv, Kharkiv, Warsaw, Barcelona, or remotely from Ukraine, Poland or Spain.

You will be part of a team working on a new survival game, shaping its visual direction by creating unique and detailed character concepts.

• Developing concepts for game characters and creatures from scratch, from initial sketch to final design, in alignment with the project's visual style

• Assisting with weapon concepts as needed

• Collaborating closely with the Art Director, 2D/3D Artists, and Tech Art team

• 5+ years of experience as a Character Concept Artist in gamedev

• Up-to-date portfolio featuring semi-realistic character concepts and examples of completed commercial projects

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Ability to generate and visualize ideas according to references

• Understanding of game and CG project styles, along with a broad visual library

• Deep knowledge of anatomy, composition, color theory, lighting, and form

• English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

• Proficiency in any 3D software 

• Experience creating VFX concepts

• Officially registered full-time employment
