Community Manager

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office, Kharkiv office or remotely from Ukraine.

This role is based in Playamp, the ecosystem Plarium is part of. Playamp brings together six international mobile and PC game studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Playamp's shared teams cover marketing, data and analytics, applied AI, player services, and direct-to-consumer monetization. Together, they support over 60 games, including Plarium's.

We are looking for a talented Community Manager to join our Community Management Department, which oversees the playerbase of 13 games across a range of social media platforms. The team also creates images, text, and video content. Player feedback collected by Community Managers helps development teams improve our games and understand our players’ needs.

The successful applicant will join the team working with RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. Our flagship title is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide — you can find it on , , and .

• Creating informative and entertaining content for our community platforms

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with community moderators

• Collaborating with game designers, production teams, support teams, PR, legal counsel, and marketing

• Collecting, analyzing, and providing player feedback to developers

• Helping shape the project's community and content strategy

• Forming brand awareness through continuous communication with players and brand ambassadors

• At least 2 years of experience in a player-facing role

• English language skills at an Advanced level or higher

• Knowledge of risk management

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience playing RPG games
