We’re looking for a Game Designer at Panteon to help shape the future of casual games. If you love analyzing game mechanics, fine-tuning economies, and designing engaging player experiences, this could be your chance to make an impact.

What We Expect?

• A strong passion for casual game development and a deep understanding of player engagement mechanics.
• Ability to consistently generate original core mechanics and game concepts.
• Ability to design, balance, and iterate on core game mechanics.
• Ability to analyze KPI metrics (retention, ARPU, LTV, etc.) and build action plans for improvement.
• 1+ years of professional experience in the “mobile gaming” sector as a Game Designer.
• Strong ability to break down existing games, and turn market analysis and trend-following into a consistent part of the production process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Preferably experienced in Level Design and Puzzle games.
• Preferably, experience working with Unity.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).

What You Will Do?

• Collaborate with development, art, and QA teams to bring new game features to life.
• Design and balance game systems, meta progression, and monetization mechanics.
• Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Analyze market trends and competitor games to stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Test, refine, and optimize game mechanics for maximum engagement and retention.
• Work with data analysts to interpret game performance metrics and adjust balance accordingly.
