Terms of Purchase

1. About these services

WorkinGames offers paid promotion services for game development job listings. Current products include Enhanced Listing and Recommended Tag.

2. What the products include

Enhanced Listing means we manually review and enrich a submitted job listing with additional structured information when available, including extra chips on job cards and more complete details on the job page.

Recommended Tag includes everything in Enhanced Listing, plus a Recommended Tag and top placement in relevant listings on WorkinGames.

3. Manual review and eligibility

All paid submissions are reviewed manually before publication. Purchase of a product does not guarantee that a job will be published on WorkinGames.

We may reject a submitted listing if it does not fit the scope or standards of WorkinGames, including if it is not a relevant game development job, contains misleading information, or cannot be reasonably verified from the submitted material.

4. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for submitting a valid public job link and accurate information for each order. The buyer must have the right to promote the submitted job listing.

5. Rejection and refunds

If a submitted job is rejected during manual review and is not published on WorkinGames, the buyer will be offered a refund for the affected item or items.

Once a submission has been accepted and the paid service has been delivered, refunds are generally not provided.

6. Promotion period

Any promoted placement runs for the period stated on the product page, order flow, or as otherwise communicated to the buyer at the time of purchase.

7. VAT

VAT exempt. No VAT is charged on purchases.
